To all members:Well the HCC year-end extravaganza is finally here. Everyone is invited to take part in HCC’s Champions Day and The Last Rock close out bonspiel which runs all day long.  Be sure to check out our special menu for the day: Chef Simon and his team are really pulling out the stops for this one!

7:30:   HCC Doors open 
       Coffee & Tea will be ready.

8:30-10:00  Breakfast
    Chef – Simon Benton and his lead hand, Jean will have their team prepare a gourmet breakfast, as usual.
     Cost – only  $8.00 & $10.00 (bit extra for the eggs bennies…)

8:30 – 11:00    1) Silver Tankard – curling
     ** There are two (2) HCC teams competing in this event. Team Lowe and Team Hahn.

11:30 – 2:00pm   2) Club A&C Division semi-Finals
12:30 – 2:00pm: Lunch 
     Cost $ 10.00

2:00 – 4:30pm     3) Club A&B Double’s Finals along with B Division Semi-Finals

4:30 – 6:45pm    4) Club Finals
      A/B/C and social league.Final games

6:45 – 7:00pm    5) Trophy presentation and photo opportunity.
Followed by:   

“Main Event”

The Last Rock – Year End Club Closing Bonspiel Kickoff.

7:15pm – 8:00pm   Team selections and the unveiling of mystery couples.

8:00 – 9:30pm    Calcutta Betting selections.
       Members are encouraged to bring some additional monies and place their bets on their long shot
      We are hoping that the Calcutta reaches a pot high value of $ 5,000.00

      Ridge Rock Brewing Company has agreed to provide their Amber and Blonde at a special rate of only
     $2.00ea. (12oz cup…liquor license limitation)  BRING LOTS OF TOONIES TO HELP OUT OUR BAR STAFF.

All members are encouraged to partake in the evening festivities and bring along a friend, family member or a neighbour to do some wagering. 

There will also be some door prizes drawn throughout the evening, but you must be in attendance and make a bet to be eligible to win. 

As president, and on behalf of the board of directors, I’m encouraging all members to come out for an evening of fun and laughter. It’s the perfect way to put closure to the 2019/20 season and say goodbye to fellow members as we all head into the summer off season.
