2022 AGM – September 8, 2022

Noting that we still face some uncertainty heading into next season, the Board has decided to postpone our AGM to Sept 8th.  This will allow us to communicate upcoming season plans and financials with a much higher degree of certainty as compared to holding our AGM in June.   We will however provide an update on this season’s financial performance on our members section of the website in June.

Call for New Directors

Succession planning is important for any organization and we need new directors for our club.  Two positions are open.

  • Membership Director – responsibilities include managing annual registration and maintaining event registration throughout the year.
  • Rental/Event Coordinator – responsibilities include managing rental contracts for the club and assisting major event organizers with volunteer co-ordination.

If you are interested in either position, please contact Dan Zanetti at 613-355-6563 or at president@huntleycurling.ca.

Volunteers Required

Annual spring cleaning will be done in the next month.  If you still need to complete your volunteer hours please contact Paul Norman  building@huntleycurling.ca to sign up.

Cleaning Contract To Be Awarded

Our long-time club cleaner David Attwell has decided to retire.  We are seeking interested parties for an annual cleaning contract for the upcoming season.  If you know anyone who may be interested, please have them contact Paul Norman building@huntleycurling.ca.
