This was our 2nd annual Huntley Mixed Bonspiel and it was a full day of fun, socializing and great food. We hosted 14 teams from our club and others from around the region. This was a great and welcomed increase from last year with only 8 teams. The members enjoyed multiple 4 end games all trying to earn a spot in the final.
We had our regular club favourite Zach Martin spend the afternoon entertaining us with his fantastic musical talents. As well our own in house chief Whitney Toogood went as always over the top with her fantastic food that people could not get enough of.
Fun small games and raffle prizes were enjoyed but the big winners were those members of our overly winning team. Team Rodney comprised of Dawn Rodney, Jim Collings, Heather Kosierb and Shawn Lynch played hard and ended strong winning their A final.
