Coming off of their Bronze medal at U18 Nationals, the team leaves for the U20 National Championships in Summerside PEI this coming Saturday March 22nd .
Below is a link to all the standings / schedules / etc for the U20 Nationals. Team Frlan is "Ontario 2" and will be in grey jersey's for this event (Ontario 1 gets the white ones like we had in Saskatoon).
We will be streaming games on the TeamFrlan facebook account unless the game happens to be on a feature sheet with commentary in which case it will be on CurlingCanada's youtube channel.
We will update Facebook with a live link before every game. Do note that the schedule is on PEI time which is one hour ahead of Ottawa time.
The top three teams in each pool make the playoffs. We start off playing what could very well be our toughest three opponents but the girls will definitely have a chance in every game and are prepared and ready to compete. The winner of this event represents Canada at next year's world junior championships.
